You are invited to a webinar:

Knowing your Options - Managing your Stewardship Obligations Through Take Back the Light

The prevalence of 'Extended Producer Responsibility' or 'Product Stewardship' legislation as it relates to lighting products such as mercury containing lamps, is expanding in Canada. Over the past three years provinces including British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec have all passed stewardship regulations affecting lighting products while other provinces already have functioning programs.

If you are a lighting manufacturer, supplier, distributor or retailer this webinar is for you.  This webinar will:

•    Tell you what a 'Steward' is
•    Help you determine if your company is obligated and therefore responsible for providing a end-of-life management solution for your products
•    Help you understand the difference between an IFO and an ISP
•    How to use this regulated obligation to your company's advantage

The Take Back The Light lamp recycling program offers an efficient and cost effective stewardship model, using existing commercial relationships.  To learn more, join us at our upcoming webinar.

Date: Thursday, November 10th, 2011 at 10am.
Please send a message to jodi@rco.on.ca to receive the webinar connection details.
